Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Agreement
Mesibash () is operated by Mesibash LLC, a California limited liability company ("Mesibash", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mesibash and related services. By creating an account or using Mesibash, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Mesibash is a platform for discovering events, purchasing tickets, and hosting events. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old to use Mesibash.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile details up to date where applicable.
- You may not use Mesibash for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
4. Tickets and events
- Event hosts are responsible for their events, listings, capacity, admission rules, and compliance with applicable laws.
- Ticket availability, pricing, refunds, and event changes are set by hosts and platform rules unless we state otherwise on the event page or at checkout.
- Mesibash provides ticketing and check-in tools but does not guarantee that any event will occur as described.
- If we reasonably suspect an event is fraudulent, was materially misdescribed, or did not (or will not) take place as described, we may refund your purchase in whole or in part. Refunds we issue are at our discretion and do not create an obligation to refund in other cases.
- If a host cancels an event, your paid tickets are refunded automatically to your original payment method. Payment processing fees are non-refundable: the refund is the amount you paid minus the processing fee shown at checkout, because the payment processor does not return that fee to us when a charge is refunded. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
5. Payments
Paid transactions may be processed by Stripe or other payment partners. By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to applicable payment provider terms. Mesibash is not a bank or money transmitter.
6. Host responsibilities
If you host events on Mesibash, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Honor valid tickets unless a refund or cancellation policy applies
- Comply with local laws, venue rules, age restrictions, and safety requirements
- Not list illegal, dangerous, or deceptive events
If you sell tickets, the Organizer Terms also apply — including payout timing, refunds, and chargeback responsibility.
7. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Mesibash a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service (for example, event titles, descriptions, and cover images).
8. Termination
You may stop using Mesibash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Mesibashis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesibash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
