How much does Mesibash cost for event hosts?
Nothing. Mesibash has no subscription, no listing fees, and no charge to create or publish an event. For paid tickets, guests pay a small processing fee (5% + $0.30 per ticket) at checkout — the host receives the full price they set. Free events are completely free for everyone.
Can I host a free event?
Yes — free events are first-class on Mesibash. Publish, share your link, and guests claim free QR tickets in a tap. Nobody pays anything, and you still get everything: the guest list, door scanning, and address gating.
Do I really keep the full ticket price?
Yes. You set the amount you want to receive per ticket, and that exact amount is paid out to you. If you price a ticket at $20, guests pay $21.30 and you receive $20.00.
Can I sell different ticket types?
Yes. Create tiers like early bird, regular, and VIP — each with its own price, quantity, and sale window, so early-bird pricing ends automatically when you want it to.
How do guests get their tickets?
Instantly. Every ticket is a unique QR code, available right after checkout — nothing to print and nothing for you to send manually.
Can my door staff scan tickets without creating accounts?
Yes. Generate a scanner pass — a link plus a PIN — and share it with your staff. They scan tickets from their own phone's browser, with no app to install and no access to your account. Every ticket can be used exactly once.
Who can see my event?
Only people you invite. Every event gets its own invite code and share link — there's no public listing — and you can reveal the exact address only to ticket holders as the event approaches.
How does approval work for my guests?
If you turn on approvals, guests tap "Request to attend" on your event page — with a short intro so you know exactly who's asking. While you decide, they see their request as sent and tickets stay locked. The moment you decide, they get an email — approved guests can grab their tickets right away, and anyone denied can ask again.
