Organizer Terms

1. Scope
Mesibash () is operated by Mesibash LLC, a California limited liability company ("Mesibash", "we", "us"). These Organizer Terms apply when you publish an event on Mesibash and offer tickets for sale (an "Organizer"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; if they conflict, these Organizer Terms control for ticket sales and payouts. By publishing an event with paid tickets, you agree to these Organizer Terms.
2. Payment processing and identity verification
- Ticket payments are processed by Stripe. To receive payouts you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding — including identity verification — and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We may withhold payouts until verification is complete.
- You appoint Mesibash(together with Stripe) as your agent to collect ticket payments from buyers. A buyer's payment to us satisfies that buyer's payment obligation to you, whether or not the funds have been paid out to you yet.
3. Pricing and fees
- You set the amount you receive per ticket. Buyers pay that amount plus a processing fee shown at checkout.
- Our fees are earned when a ticket is sold and are non-refundable, including when you later refund or cancel, except where we state otherwise or the law requires it.
4. Payouts and holds
- Ticket revenue is released to your connected Stripe account for payout approximately three (3) days after your event ends.
- We may delay, withhold, or extend the hold on payouts — for one event or your account — where we reasonably suspect fraud, non-performance (the event did not or will not take place as described), a material listing error, elevated refund or chargeback risk, unresolved disputes, or a violation of these terms, or where required by law or by Stripe. Stripe may additionally impose reserves under its own terms.
- Payouts are remitted net of amounts you owe us, including refunds, chargebacks and related fees, and taxes we are required to collect.
5. Refunds and cancellations
- You are responsible for clearly communicating your refund policy to buyers and honoring it, and for complying with any refund rights the law gives buyers.
- If you cancel an event, Mesibash automatically refunds each buyer everything they paid except the non-refundable payment processing fee, and the ticket revenue for that event is reversed from your account in full — you receive no payout for a cancelled event. Tickets already checked in at the door are treated as attended and are not automatically refunded.
- We may refund buyers, in whole or in part, where we reasonably suspect an event is fraudulent, did not or will not take place as described, or was materially misdescribed. You remain responsible for amounts we refund on your behalf and for our related costs.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
- You bear the cost of chargebacks, payment reversals, and related third-party fees arising from your ticket sales, except where the law says otherwise.
- You agree to cooperate with us and Stripe in responding to payment disputes. Check-in records from Mesibash (for example, whether a ticket was scanned at the door) may be used as evidence of attendance.
7. Amounts you owe
We may collect amounts you owe under these terms — refunds we issue, chargebacks and fees, taxes, or other liabilities — by deducting them from your pending balance, offsetting them against future payouts, or invoicing you directly. These obligations survive the end of your account.
8. Your event, your responsibility
As an Organizer you represent and agree that:
- You have the right and authority to host the event, and your listing is accurate and not misleading.
- You will obtain any permits, licenses, insurance, and venue permissions the event requires, and run it in compliance with applicable laws — including safety, capacity, age-restriction, and alcohol rules.
- You will honor valid tickets. Mesibash provides ticketing and check-in tools; the event itself, and everything that happens at it, is your responsibility.
9. Attendee information
Mesibash shows you information about your guests — such as names, profile details, and check-in status — so you can run your event. You may use that information only to organize and run the event it was collected for. You may not sell it, share it with third parties, use it to send unrelated marketing, or retain it longer than the event requires, and you must comply with applicable privacy laws when handling it.
For fraud prevention, payment disputes, and legal claims, Mesibash retains a limited internal snapshot of deleted records — including cancelled events and their guest lists — for up to 90 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any taxes that apply to your ticket sales, and for your own income taxes, except where the law requires Mesibash to collect or remit a tax on your behalf.
11. Prohibited events and enforcement
Events that are unlawful, dangerous, deceptive, or that infringe others' rights are prohibited. If we believe an event or Organizer violates these terms, we may remove or unpublish the listing, pause ticket sales, withhold payouts, refund buyers, and suspend or terminate the account — with or without notice.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Mesibash and its operators against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your events or your breach of these terms — including claims for personal injury or property damage at your event, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and alleged infringement.
13. Suspension, termination, and survival
We may suspend or end your ability to sell tickets for suspected fraud, non-performance, excessive chargebacks, incomplete identity verification, or a material breach of these terms. Your financial obligations under these terms — refunds, chargebacks, fees, taxes, and indemnification — survive suspension, termination, or deletion of your account.
14. Changes
We may update these Organizer Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued ticket sales after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
