How to delete your Mesibash account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the app or the web. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• In the Mesibash app (iOS or Android): open the Profile tab, tap the settings gear, choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm.
• On the web: sign in, open your profile, and use the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in methods, photos, friends, messages, and device push tokens.
• Events you host, including their tickets and guest lists. If an upcoming event of yours still has paid guests, you are asked to cancel it first so those guests are refunded and told.
• Your tickets. Unscanned tickets to upcoming events are refunded to your original payment method minus the payment processing fee (free tickets are released), the host is told, and we email you the details before the account is removed. Tickets to past events and tickets already scanned at the door are not refunded.
• Your Stripe payout account connection, if you set one up as a host.

What we keep, and for how long

For fraud prevention, payment disputes, and legal claims we retain a limited internal snapshot of the deleted records for 90 days, after which it is purged automatically. It is visible only to our support staff and does not restore or reactivate a deleted account. Payment records held by Stripe are kept according to Stripe's own retention rules.
